Upon graduation from law school, Frank joined the General Commercial Litigation Department of Holland & Knight, Florida’s largest law firm, where he was involved in complex commercial litigation representing large and small, domestic and international, corporations. In February of 1989, Frank joined the law firm of Spence, Payne, Masington & Needle, P.A., concentrating his practice in the areas of personal injury and commercial litigation. In May of 1995, together with partner Andrew Needle and Janice Gallagher of the Spence firm, Frank started Needle Gallagher & Areces, P.A. In July of 1999, Frank resigned from the firm and founded A. Francisco Areces, P.A. The law firm is now known as Areces Rodriguez, P.A., with partner Alexander R. Rodriguez, and it is dedicated to representing seriously injured clients against large corporations and insurance companies, representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, distributorship disputes, franchise disputes, patent infringement and other commercial matters, and family law matters.
